When you enter the brewery, you can feel living yeast in a mysterious, different space.Tokuboshi Soy Sauce, which has been handcrafted for generations, will carefully teach you about soy sauce and take you inside the soy sauce brewery, which is not easy to see. After learning about the soy sauce manufacturing process, you will be able to squeeze the soy sauce yourself at a cedar brewery that has been in operation since the Taisho era (1912-1926).Bottle it, label it, and your soy sauce is complete! Enjoy the Tofu from Asuka Village, a long-established shop with a history of over 100 years, topped with soy sauce that you squeezed yourself.
After the experience, you will have the opportunity to try grilling Mitarashi Dango(dumplings).The Dango(dumplings) are from the popular local shop Imanishi Seishindo, and from the ingredients to the manufacturing method, the techniques have been passed down through three generations. The materials are also carefully selected. The Mitarashi Dango(dumplings) sauce is an original sauce made with Tokuboshi soy sauce.
