| Course Details | – Assembly: Gather and change into kitchen attire (apron and boots). – Handwashing: Wash hands thoroughly before the activity. – Greeting and overview briefing: Introduction and explanation of the activity. – Tofu making experience: Learn about soybeans, grinding, heating, pressing, taste freshly made soy milk, coagulate with nigari.
